Dr. Black was born in Borger, TX, raised in Lawrence, KS. She is a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Dr. Black obtained her bachelor's degree in environmental science from Haskell Indian Nations University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Black loves being a dentist and hopes that she can show that love through her work and interaction with her patients.
Dr. Black and her husband, Patrick, have four children. She enjoys jewelry making, crafting, singing, reading, traveling, camping, and keeping active. Dr. Black's parents met each other while attending Oklahoma State, so she has a soft spot for Stillwater and is excited to serve this great community.
